When makeup is part of an important day, being able to explain exactly what you like matters. We can discuss your preferred coverage, skin finish, colours, sensitivity, allergies, previous experiences and anything you would rather avoid — all in fluent English.
For weddings, we can also plan the trial, preparation address, timing, number of guests, travel and the order of appointments without relying on a translator. This is especially useful when you are organising your wedding in Poland from abroad.
Agnieszka completed her makeup and characterisation degree in the United Kingdom, with the full programme taught in English. Professional beauty terminology and detailed consultations are therefore handled naturally, not through memorised phrases.

Every wedding package includes a bridal trial and wedding-day makeup. The bridal touch-up kit is included from the Gold package upwards. Higher packages also add preparation support, travel, scheduling and exclusive day reservation.

Experience, calm communication and an individual approach
Agnieszka Zajdel has worked professionally as a makeup artist for 15 years. She completed a degree in makeup and characterisation in the United Kingdom, with the entire course delivered in English, and later continued her professional training in London and Paris.
Her experience includes private clients, public figures, photographers, fashion projects and recognised Polish fashion brands. This background helps her move comfortably between subtle bridal looks, elegant event makeup, professional business images and demanding studio productions.
Her priority is to create a calm, hygienic and well-organised experience. You can explain your expectations naturally in English and receive clear information about the result, preparation, timing, location and booking conditions.

Frequently asked questions
Do you speak fluent English?
Yes. Agnieszka speaks fluent English and completed her full makeup and characterisation degree in the United Kingdom in English. Consultations, booking arrangements and the complete appointment can be conducted in English.
Can I arrange my makeup appointment from abroad?
Yes. International clients can discuss the service, send inspiration photographs, plan a bridal trial and arrange the wedding-day schedule through WhatsApp or email before travelling to Poland.
Is a bridal trial available in English?
Yes. A bridal trial costs 300 PLN and is included in every wedding package. We use the trial to agree on coverage, colours, finish, lashes and the overall direction of the look.
Can you travel to my hotel, apartment or wedding venue?
Travel is available by prior arrangement. The Prestige and VIP wedding packages include travel within Łódź. Other journeys and locations outside Łódź are quoted individually.
How should I prepare my skin?
Keep your normal skincare routine consistent, moisturise regularly and avoid unfamiliar intensive treatments immediately before your appointment. On the day, arrive with clean skin and no makeup unless another arrangement has been agreed.
How is the booking confirmed?
Once the date, location and service details have been agreed, the booking is confirmed after payment of the required deposit. The exact terms are provided before you make the payment.
Is hair styling available?
Hair styling may be available as an optional addition to selected makeup services. It is not offered as the main service on this English-language page, so availability should be confirmed individually.
How long does a makeup appointment take?
The time depends on the service, desired result and whether several people are being prepared. You will receive an estimated duration and schedule before the booking is confirmed.
